‘I am ready to resume negotiations with FIDE’

Josef Resch is the President of UEP, the company that organised the 2008 World Championship in Bonn, a successful businessman from Mukachevo in Western Ukraine. In recent months UEP was bidding for the organisation of the 2010-2011 cycle – with a four million Euro budget. But negotiations with FIDE broke down. Now Josef Resch explains why.
